2008 Anchorages

  WHERE ARE WE?
  June 18 - 21, 2008 -- Browning Cove

We made it to Browning Cove and -- stayed. After all of the effort getting the boat ready, we were ready to just sit for awhile and we did. This early in the season it wasn´t that crowded.
Browning Cove is a well protected large anchorage that is a popular first stop for boats heading east from Little Current. It´s easy to get into and tempting to stay. To get in where we were you simply get to north of the anchoage and when the bay is due south, head in, missing the rock ledges on either side of the entry.
