| WHERE ARE WE? | |
| July 24 - 28, 2008 -- Keyhole Inlet | |
| Beaver Island Harbour was just a stopping point on the way to another Great Lakes Cruising Club Wilderness Rally. We sailed out of Beaver Island Harbour, sailing south of Killarney, heading for Collins Inlet, the start of the Georgian Bay small craft route. Finally, we're in Georgian Bay. | |
| Keyhole Inlet is actually behind the first unnamed island to the west of Keyhole Island just off of the small craft route (mile marker 58) through Collins Inlet. It's a fairly large anchorage with good holding. Over 40 boats anchored here for the Rally. There is lots to do and explore in the area around the anchorage. Fun place to be. |
