Monday, February 19, 2007 After stopping at the campground office to let them know we were leaving. The campground office was closed as it was before 09:00; but there was a group going somewhere on a bus and thought Day was going with them (winter Floridians). She declined and drove to the Enterprise office. Craig decamped IRV; headed to Enterprise and got lost. He was headed for Key West before he realized the error of his ways. He deftly made a U-Turn with the RV and picked Day up as though nothing had happened. They headed north on the tollway to get out of Miami. Even though we only had to pay as if we were a car we thought it was still way too expensive, so we got off the toll road and headed north on US Highway 27). While Craig was driving there was little or no traffic except semis, RVs and pickups. Then Day started driving and near Disneyland we ended up fighting traffic. Probably spent more on gas in traffic than we would have spent on tolls. Made it to Traveler's Campground, a lovely campsite in the woods - We even had cable TV.
